In mid-January, all 1,001 delegates of the CDU met digitally for their 33rd party congress. A live broadcast was made from the CDU studio in Berlin. Speeches, party chair election, a prayer service and other topics were supplemented and supported with the AMBION Augmented Reality set-up and a crew that knows what’s to do and how to do it. The AMBION set-up was used simply as an extension of the existing technical basis. With the content of DREINULLMOTION, various special elements were added to the real setting: AR headlines, the election results of the online election, the participants and the connection of delegates, a moving prayer service, as well as a performance by a large choir at the end of the party conference.
