What a drive – together with Volkswagen, we created a special experience for the car manufacturer’s international dealers for a whole 6 weeks. The new vehicle models were presented in detail and could of course also be test-driven. There was a large set-up for this, from a presentation area, various workshop areas, a test drive route including a come-together area, to an area where the vehicles were prepared for the next test drive.
With the exception of the set construction, we implemented the entire programme technically. 10 trailers of material in the form of lighting technology, sound technology, media technology, over 1000 metres of traverse and 1000 metres of pipes were installed by us in the three locations. Of course, this also required a lot of personnel: we worked a total of 1,200 shifts/days on site.
