In July, Wella invited employees from Germany, Austria and Switzerland to the Wella Annual Conference. The internal event was held at our partner location, the Vienna House by Wyndham Andel’s Berlin. Exciting lectures, product presentations, reviews and forecasts, a two-day workshop program and evening events including a DJ were intended to prepare employees from the entire region for the coming year and bring colleagues together.
We planned, implemented and supervised the technical side of the event: several LED walls and beMatrix elements created a look with depth on the stage – models and speakers were able to enter the stage via various access points between the elements. Also important: good, camera-accurate and color-accurate stage lighting, with a focus on the correct reproduction of the hair colors, including equal transmission to the two large LED walls. And, of course, the other sound, lighting and media technology was also essential.
