HR/personnel work means dusty personnel files and stiff conversations? This idea is a far cry from the vision that the organisers and guests of the EMBRACE Festival have for 2024. Under the motto Embrace Tech, Data & Purpose to Recruit and Retain, our partner location, the TEC Event Campus in Berlin, hosted two days of state-of-the-art HR communication, discussions and celebrations with over 200 speakers.
AMBION planned, set up and supervised the technology: lighting and sound technology was provided for the stage, the workshop areas and the entire audience area, including the outdoor area. In addition: media technology with LED wall and camera technology, set construction with beMatrix and rigging as the basis for the entire event.
We also realised a variety of content for the LED wall, such as intro and outro animations, chapter loops and background templates.
