FESTIVAL
Learning, networking and celebrating? That’s exactly what the #RC Festival had to offer in the field of Recruiting and People & Culture. The event showed more than 1,000 visitors what can be expected in the area of recruiting, retention and HR tech for 2023 and the future beyond.
With its many creative offerings and presentations, the team was able to inspire visitors and shared an exciting LED wall as well as a great passion for the topics of personnel recruiting, employee retention and HR tech.
This year, the festival took place at our partner location, the TEC Event Campus in Berlin – and we were able to play a major role in its design. There were several stages and the technical implementation included rigging, lighting, sound and media technology as well as stage and set construction.

In addition to this, we also had the assignment to create content for the LED wall: Intro and outro animations, teasers, stills, chapter animations and many other small graphic components were conceived and created by us for a consistent overall image. Finally these were integrated into the new corporate design at the end of the second day.
